Thank you so much . this video was very helpful. especially that I did not need to remove the center console. I just wish the video was a little bit more clear about different steps such as removing the back top screws. Nevertheless it was still very helpful. Thanks again

This video was somewhat helpful, but the quality of lighting was bad and the explanation in how to remove the top screws on the rear with the backseat ac and ashtray assembly was not shown or explained as well as how to get the spring and latch onto the console.

How did you remove the screws on the back of the console?

Beware if your car is Euro Version (right side driver). There are lots of US version like the video shows online you can find but I couldn't find any suit mine because both left and right are completely mirrored. It would be great if someone can help me to find some.

The ash tray has a tab at the center top, you push it up and the tray drops forward. I watched a video of a guy that took the entire middle console out, that was the only way to do it. This video: the only way it could come out the way his did was someone else took it apart already and left a bunch of screws out during reassembly. I just redid mine and this video helped a bit, but it’s a bit misleading when there’s three critical screws: two above the ac vents behind the fascia and one internal screw underneath in the center that I could only access by taking it out and seeing it.
