I mean, Mercedes did an excellent job selling her moves. Wrestling isn’t about how good your offensive moves are, it’s about how real you can make your opponents look, Mone has ALWAYS been good at that. Willow looked extra special tonight cause Mone handled business

Willow is good and deserves credit, but Sasha/Mercedes is probably 99% of the people she's faced most people would say it was "one of their (her opponents) best matches" she sells like a champ she does stuff that.... makes sense. That's not giving Willow enough love just saying...not the best promo but Mercedes is an amazing in ring wrestler that somehow looks like a badass herself while getting over her opponent basically every time.

Mercedes is my favorite wrestler. Of all time. Period. And I'm so happy she's back! Mercedes looked great in her in-ring return, but I'm gonna be honest I thought Willow looked way better. I thought Willow not only looked better in-ring, but I think her character work this whole time has been better as well. AEW need to pull the trigger and let Mercedes be a heel. Willow vs Statlander is going to be great, HOWEVER I wish the turn had happened in the match, not after. I wish Statlander had laid out Willow during the powerbomb spot, and helped Mercedes set up the Mone Maker for the finish. The TBS Title Line remains fantastic in it's championship quality and I can't wait to see what Mercedes does with it.

These two great women put on one of the greatest womens matches not only in AEW History!! But in Womens Wrestling History!!! They both saw their opponent kick out of their best finishing moves!! Mercedes saw Willow kick out of the bank statement!! And Willow saw Mercedes kick out of her power bomb!! Tony Khan definitely got one up on the WWE with this fantastic Battle!! That was one heck of a match I remember her first Hell in the Cell match with Charlotte Flair I know Charlotte Flair would never come to aew but that would be electric if they had a Hell in the Cell match for women's and aew and Charlotte Flair versus Mercedes for the aew Women's Championship now I know aew can't take the name Hell in a Cell because that's a part of WWE

The Match was good and the right person won! Wanted to give you props, your editing skills are great, and her music in the background goes so well with the match.

Miss the days when Sasha Banks and Charlotte competed. Remarkable

It was really good, but I thought Mercedes tried a little too much early with all the arm drags, and there were a few minor clunky parts that keeps the match from being one of the all time classics. It had all the ingredients though. Mercedes is the best female wrestler ever. I don't know how many times she has to prove it.

@@MrJonavo the arm drags is her style she used them to keep Nightingale off balance!! It's vintage luchelibre which many of her moves were taught to her being she was best friends with the Great Eddie Guerrero!! But she also used some new moves never seen before!

I love how Mone contrasted Willow's strength and size by pulling out the submissions and the acrobatics. She kept her off balance and wore her down but sold this shit out of Willow's power any time she got caught.

Thank you for the highlights that was fantastic. I'm super sad they took the title from Willow so soon and after they took it from Julia so soon. Not sure they should have done that because they are the future of AEW. Maybe Mercedes is really there for a pay day and big at all times great does she really need a belt? That TBS title did a lot for Julia it did a lot for Willow it's not going to do a lot for MM. And we all knew if Mercedes would win the title last night she would get some help and she did. I guess you're gonna build up Mone versus Storm at some point but that's 2 heels so how do you pull that off?
