Mine is doing the same thing, it’ll freeze and will turn off and back on every 5-7 min I went to the dealer to get a “software update” cost about $200 it did not work or change anything. They said I need a new command unit. Did you get yours fixed?

Damn i am having trouble with removing the connectors at the back (1 yellow connector in particular) but the vid doesn’t show you removing them.. :(
Is there a fuse located in the back of the stereo? Mines doesn’t turn on anymore and i replaced the fuse that is located under the hood
