Hello, i tried to do it on mine and it goes all the way down after unlocking, but when i push the headrest it doesn’t stay closed (i tried hard a lot of time to push it back in), it goes back up again!

Vanessa Hernandez i sent it to an upholstery place, they replaced a broken part inside the headrest that holds it back and it worked , i’ll update on how much the cost would be as soon I receive the invoice.

I've watched this several times & mine still won't stay down. 🤔

Where you able to get the stick all the way down? Once you have it all the way down you’ll feel something to put pressure once you do you should be able to pull the headrest back
