Can the “major scan tools” do the cloning process? I’ve been told even to clone you need to “initialize”, is that not the case?

Thanks for your comments I appreciate it. The major scanning tools cannot clone. But they can program a virginized unit. For cloning you’ll need a programmer like AVDI, Kess, K-Tag, HexProg, etc.
