Is Cylinder 1 the closest to the grille, and 4 closest to driver?

Is it important to vacuum clean the inside and the plug hole?

@@kidfoodieusa3806 I replaced all my coils and plugs. Changed the HPFP and the sputtering went away but my car is still in limp mode and is not giving me all the power. I scanned it and it’s showing a P0002 code. Fuel pressure regulator. I guess I need to change this also. 😒😂

Hola primero muchas gracias por el video, he realizado el cambio de bujias en un c204 igual motor que el del video y al arrancarlo y circular el coche da muchos tirones y casi nada fino. No se puede ciruclar con el. He puesto de nuevo las bujias viejas y hace lo mismo. Que puede ser? se puede dañar alguna bobina al sacarla? lo unico que para sacar las bujias viejas puse un poco de wd40.. Puedes ayudarme? gracias

Difícil amigo. Puede ser todo. No creo que sea por el cambio de las bujías. Si dices que al poner las viejas hace el coche lo mismo pues tiene que ser algo diferente. Apuesto a que seguro que no metiste bien un conector de los negros de arriba?

Recently bought. 2012 c250 the idle is smooth, it’s just slow af. Like 11-12 seconds to 60. The idle is smooth no limp mode when beating on it. Was going to change the plugs but if it was the fuel pump it would go I to limp mode ? Or maybe fuel filter ? Any ideas ?

Regular maintenance would certainly do it well, however the vehicle would throw a CEL if the pump has failed.

Definitely the high pressure fuel pump but Mercedes’ has warranty on that part I think your vehicle quality’s if it’s under 120000 miles

What's the actual difference between the C200 & C250 with the M271 motor? They're exactly the same motor and specs & all replacement parts are interchangeable. So the C250 must simply have more turbo boost. Is that correct?

Is oil on the spark plugs normal? I just replaced mine and spark plug #1 and #3 was soaked in oil. I had P029921 code and the misfire codes when the car started shaking and died while backing out of the driveway. After replacing the spark plugs, the turbo valve since gasket was worn out and the turbo hose since it was boken and leaking, car cranks but doesn’t start. I plan to change the valve gasket and the ignition coils. What could be wrong that the car wont start?

Replace your gasket seals. They also have a video on how to do it. Same car

Hey, I have a c250 and it was misfiring so i took it to change the spark plugs and the engine is running way smoother and stronger than before. However my fuel mileage took a huge hit, a full tank used to get me about 800km even when it was misfiring. Now i barely get 500km from a full tank. Do you have any idea whats the reason for that? Am using Iridium NGK plugs. Thanks

Check the map sensor or the lambda sensor on the catalytic converter. If it was misfiring then it will hit the converter and the lambda sensor

Is it the same procedures for the CLA 250?

Hello, for this one, we did not. It does not hurt to do so, especially if you are starting to DIY on your vehicle for the first time.

An ignition coil? What do you mean? Its the 1st one bottom to top.

I'm having a hard time pressing the tab to remove the ignition coil connector. Any tips?

How tight w/o a torque wrench

If you don't have a torque wrench, tighten to German specifications (Gudentite) 😂 But seriously, DO NOT overtighten spark plugs! They are fitted with 'crush washers' so hand tight + half a turn will do. But you should really buy or borrow a torque wrench. They are not expensive when compared to damaging the threads in the cylinder head.
