Cannabis kept me from killing myself. I had so much childhood trauma ..for decades..and didn't know how to deal with it anymore. Cannabis allowed me to go back (in my mind) and re-live the trauma (in order to release it) without being stuck in horrible fear and anxiety. Tx for letting me share. I still use it a little for when the C-PTSD gets bad. Hope this helps someone.

I’ve been micro dosing Amanita mushroom… she soothes everything so I can relax and allow. She doesn’t work for tripping, she is a medicine that works with us and our intention.
