Why are you running it with the battle short on? Will it not produce power w/o flipping that on?

12 kW load on a 10 kW rated generator, and the gauge only shows 75%? Something is either wrong with the generator, the gauge, or your load bank. And why are you running with Battle Short turned on? That disables the safety-shutdown mechanisms, and should only be used when making power is more important than protecting the unit from internal damage... such as in battle when human lives are in danger. If it won't make power without Battle Short on, then repairs are needed.
