Chef i was assigned to cook menudo for the vip's not to mention some of the politicians who will visit our place...and our committee assigned this menu...i did not have any second thought accepting this challenge because i never tried cooking that recipe all my life because i am not a meaty sauce lover but with full confidence i said yes because i know u will teach me...and the result....success...delizioso!!
