She didn't know the girl's name, so she said 'girl with long hair', but she didn't word it properly and Kun thought she was referring to the fact that this girl has long hair, but Lisa just wanted to point out which girl she was talking about, because she didn't know her name or she didn't know how to say her name

As someone who danced for years, Lisa is so patient trainer. Most of dance intructors would sream at these girls or even tell them to leave by every little detail they are not doing right. I am so happy that she is so patiente with them even trough they are doing such "silly" mistakes. Love her. I’m reading the comments and people are whining that Lisa is too harsh and strict? Are u fkin serious? Can u imagine she decides to turn a blind eye on the trainee’s mistakes? What will the trainees learn? Nothing. They are there to soak up as much criticism from Lisa so that they will improve and perform better in their career. That’s the definition of a good mentor, u need to be straight to the point and honest with the comments.

I agree 100% What kind of mentor just lets mistakes pass? She was strict without being disrespectful, and was pointing out issues that could intentionally affect them in the future. Which I think is amazing.

if u watched that episode i think you will get what they were actually arguing about and kun had a very good point. it was the trainees' first grading so they had to make sure they're fair and reasonable

That was the right thing to do, being professional in your job, instead of trying to be likable all the times. She cannot let them perform if they are not ready and let them present rubbish to the audiences. That is not fair to them and to the audiences. She did good.
