    This could work as a budget option, but as far as raw performance goes a lot of other companies take the cake. However it's cute little wobbling is so joyous and I hope for the best with this one.

    I'm not in doubt that the demo videos are cut and edited to make it look like it works faster and more flawlessly than it's going to do in real life. - just like it's been shown to be the case for i.e. Google and AI/assistant

    Say what you will but the walking actually seems more natural because it walks by leaning to the tipping point of balance instead of half squatting to reach its forward gait. Granted, it still looks like it's holding the hose after one too many drinks but it's still better than Asimo or Atlas, both of which walk like an adult wading a shallow kiddiepool

    Once they (Mentee or Boston or Tesla or whoever) teach robots to build cars perfectly, they will be built faster, better and cheaper. This might be ten years away, but the effect could be staggering.

    How much will it cost? Note that this is not for sale this year. Can you do a comparison of all the humanoid robots that are either for sale now or are scheduled come to market in 2024 (noting which ones are sold only for factory use (currently) or are for sale for other uses)?
