How is rent to rent legal? Our neighbour has three extra people on top of three original tenants - does that not make it an HMO?
Hi, I wanted to ask if you have a video on dealing with landlord objections. I'm aware that with the R2R model, guaranteed rent is promised and no management fees. How do you answer the question by a landlord on how you make money if you take no management fees? Thanks
