Today, my mother in law asked me “why do you do this to yourself?” . She was referring to my morning routine of waking up at 4:30 everyday. In that moment it all made sense in my head, it doesn’t matter how much I try to explain to anyone my reasons, because they won’t understand. I wake up this early for myself, I’m on a journey to become who I envision to be. In her eyes Im crazy and weird,but, Im ok with that because what she thinks of me doesn’t matter. This moment actually made me happy! I know, Im doing the right thing for MYSELF! Im doing this to myself because, I LOVE ME and I see greatness ahead of me 🙏🏼

Your name is sleek I just didn’t have any support, start having a lot of health issues was in bad situations I made it out alive I thought I take the meds to stabilize the feelings of suicidal thoughts anxiety panic attacks delusions it had got bad for a gal! But God and the meds I’m still pushing through. Thanks for speaking on it! All our opinions matter on this Depression Journey

Approaching the impossible, Seconds to suicide and I hit the brakes last year, after I've been through hell and back.
