Very informative video angel.theres only one thing that bothers me, its your nails.. haha, its been a year na din since I started using menstrual cups, sayo ko din siya nalaman at life saver talaga siya, but eventually I noticed na having long nails make me uncomfortable as I insert the cup.. yun lang naman. Di ka ba nahihirapan mag insert with that nails?😅

anyone here na virgin and tried menstrual disc? takot akong magpasok ng something sa keps ko eh hihihi. ung feeling na masikip. haha
