Doesn't the hair come back darker and thicker? doesn't it leave a green 5 o clock shadow eventually?

It's just like shaving your cheeks if you have a chin strap. The shave is clean. You can see on this guys' face that he does not have any 5o' clock shadow. Also, if the hair does come back, then it's time to shave again.

my mates eyebrows have green around them from shaving?:s he uses a straight razor and gets as close as possible with it
