Thank you! I wish l’d known this earlier! I’m 52 now and am going to start HRT. I’m only going to start now because l had not been informed fully earlier and l was scared about the risks. Perimenopause was worse for me than menopause, and if ld known ld have spoken to my GP about HRT. I have been taking antidepressants. The work you do and the information you make easily available is invaluable, and enormously appreciated! It’s shocking and heartbreaking to say the least that perimenopause and menopause health care, training, research and advice isn’t as comprehensive and as available as it needs to be. THANK YOU and all those advocating for women’s health! 🙏👏

OK great But I thought that women in UK should now be entitled to get free HRT treatment. That was after the Davina McCall campaign and I'm pretty sure in Hampshire I can request it....I asked my Dr she said let's see what happens first, you are still only 46, but that shouldn't be the excuse!
