19 doesn't seem young to me to be engaged since I was engaged at the same time hehe. It is a really amazing story how you were so patient and depended on God through things. Happy 5 years of marriage! I've been married 20. It will go so quickly for you both, believe me. Keep your eyes on Christ through all you do.

Beautiful story! I think marriage- ready age depends on the individual,and depends on opinion. It also depends upon if the right person is just right there in front of you,or if they are not. I am 33 and still praying. I would like to get married, but God comes first over everything,and sometimes we don't always understand why we have to wait while others don't have to wait, but the best thing is to just keep growing in Christlikeness,love,gentleness and kindness,and wait upon God to fulfill His purpose and make everything beautiful in His time in our life! I see couples and I think..... " it must be nice!" It just hasn't come to me yet. I'm still waiting for someone suitable and nice and takeable to come to me.. I agree.... live your life to the fullest,one day at a time. With whatever you have and whatever you don't have. Give thanks for it all, and work to be more loving. 😊

We had a blessed marriage and two wonderful children. Sadly, my husband passed almost three years ago. We had a lot of good times, for sure! Thank you for sharing it has been a blessing to understand you all the story I’m living has a remarkable connection to your story In all honesty it’s sounds almost identical to the one I’m living out or have been living out in the past I wished I was not such a coward and went through with talking to her dad but it was something I wasn’t comfortable with doing at the time a lot of not knowing what they wer thinking about me at the time led me to not believing in myself but thank you I do realize what I must do now for others to understand me better and what my thoughts wer on the whole situation little over 1 year ago
