Meningitis Signs and Symptoms (& Why They Occur)

Meningitis Signs and Symptoms (& Why They Occur)
Meningitis is a condition involving inflammation of the meninges (the layers that cover the brain and spinal cord) that can be caused by a variety of factors including bacteria, viruses, and autoimmune conditions. Due to inflammation of the meninges, a variety of signs and symptoms can occur, which we will discuss in this lesson.

You have done like most and listed Bacteria, Viral, and Fungal, and a few non infectious like Sarcoidosis, and Cancer. Unfortunately I was part of a immunotherapy against Cancer. Now 2+ years after getting the last dose and the cancer in remission I’m now periodically (twice) suffering from an Autoimmune Meningitis.

Why is it nice that he isn’t selling anything? It’s strange that a lot of people online expect free content. His knowledge, time and effort shouldn’t be free. And selling anything won’t make his video less important but rather insure that he keeps creating more videos. For now though, consider buying him a coffee on his Patreon.

I had bacterial meningitis when i was a 4 month old after being born premature. I was lucky my mum worked in a ivf department and was told the signs and symptoms by her boss who is a doctor. This was in the very late 80s very early 90s. There was no vaccine until i like left primary school at least here in the uk. Im very lucky all i got was mild learning difficulties and bad fine motor control

I wasn't able to get my sputum test result immediately since it is holy week. I suffered and bear the headache for over year and I heard that meningitis quickly spread and very serious. I have the same question too. Is it possible that I have this disease a year ago?
