Mendips - 50th PRI World Final 2020

Highlights from the 50th staging of the PRI world final which used to be held at arena essex until its closure. With turning round allowed on such a tight track, it was to be expected there would be many tack blockages/pile ups. The stand out race was consolation 2 with every driver flying into the pile up on turn 3! With DWO, buglers/chaz, gladiators, TMT; this video is one to watch!

Looked like a superb meeting! Brings back a lot of memories of when this track was at its best and now under PRI promotionship I'm hoping we can have more meetings like this at Bristol 🤞😎👌

My brother used to race here back in the 1970s for Smeatharpe Smashers ( Taunton) - great racing the old Austin Cambridge’s and mg magnets etc when you could find them

It was a fantastic day out and no way I'm going to pay £50 for 5 or 6 races at the spedeworth world championship at Ipswich that's a rip off from dean wood
