I'm curious, how do you select the images you use for your thumbnails. It seems that the images you use to represent femininity and desirability are mostly racially ambiguous women or non-black women but the images selected to represent overweight or lonely women are women who are clearly black. Hafeez is so right, a lot of the men's photos are really bad. I had good photos and found my wife online within 3 month. I am sure the photos were not alone responsible for this but I think it helped. Photos if picked right, can communicate a lot about who you are.

The problem with this advice is you will attract people concerned with the superficial. I suggest men just be more social. Spend time at church, volunteer, and spend time on your hobbies. Eventually you will meet someone that is compatible. He straight up said in the video he only got attention as the podcast got more popular. I wish him luck with that but chances are it won't turn out well. This is coming from a guy that was engaged to a beautiful girl he met on Tinder but my social media stuff ultimately caused it to end.

I honestly think the best approach is still just placing yourself in natural settings where you can meet girls where there's already an implied context for your conversation: e.g. a museum, a sip and paint, church, etc. Afterwards, just naturally approach them. As a woman a good photo of your face and you smiling is my biggest reason to swipe right. I have swiped left on really attractive guys cause all there photos were with some blue steel face (though a really blue steal would make me laugh). And photos showing you have friends but not the one guy in the middle of two way too hot women. Also bald can be hot. And as a 5’9” woman have dated men that are shorter then me plenty. Work on what you can control and you’d be surprised what the world will give you.

I know these from experience because one time in college (it was a girl’s night) and me and my friends downloaded tinder and 2 of us got matched with the same guy minutes apart. My others fiends thought it was weird so they changed their settings and location and within 30 min. All 5 of us had gotten matched and had a message from him. All of us look different-me and my bestie are black, I’m lighter and plus size and she’s dark-skin and he messaged us both some melanin pick up line. My other friends were white, biracial and Asian and he gave them some variation of him asking if they’re parents would be okay with their new bf being a black guy 🙄😂😂 Probably the weirdest, funniest story we shared over wine 😂😂 Moral of the story -we’re just not swiping crazy like a lot of guys do 🤷🏽‍♀️💯

I'm terrible when it comes to pics too. I always get the "you look better than your pics" on dates. I dont put up inanimate objects 😂 but definitely selfies and bad angles/lighting although they're cute still they dont stand out. I dont hang out with alot of people so my full body pics are often mirror or timed photos. And its time consuming getting the right pose, lighting, and face expression. I often get alot of matches but only 30% actual messages. .....i dont have an Instagram and dont want one. But for alot of guys its moreso their appearance and how unkempt they look. Striped oversized polos and side angled snap backs need to burn in hell. Car pics and uniform pics dont get as much appeal as you'd think. They attract the very women they dont want (users). Men should not do online dating. Sorry men, but you'll have to do it the old fashion way. Go up to women on the street or anywhere and ask for their phone number. Just assume success 1 out of 20 times. It's like sales. Maybe you'll do even better.

The thing is when it comes to online dating, women are miles ahead at advertising themselves spending hours tweaking their photos and as men we are just wired differently, we just point and shoot/click on inanimate stuff (a cool car, building, artwork etc) with barely a second look, hell I only have one selfie on my phone. Compare this to when my sister visited my town she took hundreds of selfies (much to my annoyance) when I was showing her the sites she had to stop multiple times for me to take a photo of just her or taking a damn selfie but the quality of her shots were very, very impressive on an old iPhone (you'd swear it was a pro with DSLR) compared to my crappy shots with my Pixel 3.

let me drop my 2 cents on this. He's right for sure on shooting your shot on insta vs dating apps, it's way more effective and forces you to make your insta account better. Going off that it benefits how you look socially and can be used to generate business further down the line. For good photos I extremely recommended the latest iPhone, or an 8+ atleast because it has portrait mode. I've been in multiple photoshoots where they used a dslr and like an iphone 11 pro Max, and i honestly could not tell the difference. Even the DSLR photographer was like damn that iphone is good. last thing. definitely go out and do things and take photos or have ppl take it for you. it shows social proof and that you have a friend network. For selfies, i recommend the Bower 8" Selfie Ring Studio Light tripod. I do self haircuts and this lets me take photos of my haircuts, but one day it hit me to use it for selfie photos and I really think this will help some ppl get used to being in front of a camera and taking great "selfie" shots

🤔 I know a lot of beautiful and high value women who date less handsome men if they are fit and impeccably groomed. Good taste goes a long way. A gentleman who smells nice and is well-manicured appreciates those aspects in a woman and a lot of us want to feel appreciated by a mate. So, it’s very attractive! I think, a lot of guys on here are commenting generalities, but there are a lot of non-instabaddies willing to date “average joe” types if they are equal matches in other areas.

Jeez between social media app and dating apps before i met my girlfriend i just go out to the bars or clubs and yes i got turned down alot almost to the point i was numb to it but you get better as you go on .
