Bomber jackets for life!.

I think of Fall or going into that season just like the opposite season to it transitioning into Spring earlier in the year. Both times of year are great to have so much versatility in what you wear and how you wear it. You have a lot of options and to even get excited playing with styling your individual style.

I opted for a suede Harrington jacket over a suede bomber; a bit more refined, but still works just as well with casual outfits.

I’m watching this video after having picked up my first suede item, an overshirt in tan and it’s just so buttery! Great outfits as usual!

Love the Reiss zipper olive trucker jacket with blue chino look. Seen MF previous video about what colors go well with green. I never really could pair my olive green pair of pants before but now I know what to do. After watching this video, I am keeping my eye out for olive green suede trucker with buttons, not a fan of zipper. Love the useful fall style tips in this video. Thank you!

Where I live, fall lasts about 3 weeks. It goes from hot to cold in such a short time, it's hard to justify owning "fall" clothes like lightweight jackets, even though they look great.

I don't see the trucker jacket in the description

I have to do some further research because I don't know what defines a bomber jacket. I have seen various collars and features on what you define as bomber jackets. I am over 60 and no longer think a leather waist length jacket suits me. So I am looking for another jacket for the Fall (and Spring) months in Montreal.

Two questions from an older guy who's mostly a dressy casual: 1. Best options for a shorter guy who's mostly slim but has a beer belly? 2: I like the idea of layering but have a fairly high body temperature and sweat easily. What are some ways to address this (fabric choices, etc.)?

Wear a sports jackets instead of sweaters. It brings up your shoulders to take attention off of that belly. There are pretty casual looking sports jackets available for more casual guys.

I’m eyeing 1-2 Corduroy Shirt Jackets in different colors in a mens dress magazine I get regularly. I would say it can look good dressed up depending on how the outfit is dressed. Corduroy is of cotton so an Outer Jacket of the fabric should work well in the transition seasons and for layering. I personally have at least almost a dozen shirt jackets, they cover being made of different material and some works better for different seasons. Some are made of Linen, a few Linen blend with Cotton, few all Wool. I would definitely get something that fits in between as full Cotton for the seasons and a Corduroy can fit right in there. I’ll also be honest to say, I’ve never always quite liked Corduroy when I was younger the pants. But the jackets look a bit cool as a layer jacket dressed up and if of a nice design.

Just wear something colorful you like to wear layered underneath if you like being colorful. At best she gives you the idea of the style which is the most important thing. If you have a variety of Shirt Jackets in different colors, it can exponentially increase the amount of style variation you can do in your personal style. That’s what I do. A few days ago I went into my office with a bright new Yellow Linen shirt. People in my office don’t wear that much bright colors. But I luv wearing bright colors. That yellow was like POW 💥! But I layered that Yellow Oxford Shirt below a Full Cotton Navy Shirt Jacket. It looked damn good too. I got everyone’s attention at the office, though that wasn’t the goal. I just try to dress well while the other engineers at my office they don’t care or have much sense of dress style. But find shirts or Knits type shirts maybe in colors you like and if that work for you in layering then it works for you maybe. For me I try to have different kind of shirts in a variety of colors so I have a variety of options to layer with under a Shirt Jacket.

The trucker jacket, very boring, and has no hand pockets, cheaper to manufacture.This is really dull fashion. Similar to Banana Republic style that is safe.

I wouldn’t wear any of the items she mentioned. I hate watch these videos.
