Wow, the officiating wasn't the best in this game. Missed a challenge in the first set, missed a clear net touch from Alison in the 2nd set, and I have no idea where the two touches were on match point 😬 But still, a great game that Brazil deserved to win because they played smarter.

​@@ayubseeed I think the ref made the wrong hand signal initially... if you watch as Lupo approached the stand, it looks like the ref makes a carry signal Which makes more sense, because Nicolai's diving hand dig was a bit of a soft scoop

41:12 put it at 0.25x, lupo hits the ball after the block, the ball touches the net and then lupo hits it another time

If people are wondering about the last ball is when Alison block the ball , Danielle lupo touch the ball and the ball touch the net is one hit after that the ball was about to fall and Danielle lupo use his arm to touch again so is consider double .If Danielle lupo block the ball from Alison and the ball goes over lupo can hit a second time .Because in beach volleyball,when you block and the ball goes over is considered one hit.lupo is only allow to touch the ball a second time if his block fail but if after block by Alison he touch the ball and the ball fall to net and he use any part to touch again means double even if he spike one the 2nd and fall on net he cannot touch the ball ,the ball must be send over by Nicolai

Nope he hit it into the block then the ball fell and he hit it with his arm, there was only one touch the referee got it wrong.

The curse of being the away team it happens to Brazil when they play on other countries and it happens to every team when there away, it's part of the game

Unfortunate that the ref decided to end the match like that, there was no double contact in the replay. Unbelievable that on match point he's gonna make that call, especially since he didn't whistle immediately tells me he wasn't 💯%...
