Sadly, that's not feasible. If you are talking about on a personal level NOT everybody was raised the same nor raised right or to even have he same understanding of Right & Wrong or to even know what being ACCOUNTABLE is, let alone believe they are even accountable. If so, then you wld think PPL wld just do it (be ACCOUNTABL) & it be that easy. So WHY aren't ppl accountable? Why aren't many BLK MEN being accountable? Many ppl are NOT holding themselves accountable- this is just fact! Some don't even see a problem with their bad ways & unaccountability. So how can WE as a society make them? Jails & prisons don't work, child support don't work & has enough of US as slaves in their system. Possibly COLLECTIVELY as a BLK RACE We can hold each other ACCOUNTABLE but that's not really being done. If you look at my comment above - I feel BLK MEN can ONLY be the ones to call out (or call in) & hold OTHER BLK MEN accountable. WE can't look to other races to FIX OUR problems! And WE often do that & air our dirty laundry & prblms out to other races like theyre going to FIX US or HELP When WE should've been (or should BE FIXING OURSELVES). They just use our dysfunction & prblms for EXPLOITATION or to make money & het rich! So far, according to US being the highest statistics for everything- We've FAILED! And still FAILING. So how do WE STOP FAILING? 🤔

Trill is correct. We, as a community, are marginalizing ourselves. When negotiating a contract the objective is to have a win-win situation. At the end both parties gain. That’s how business works. We do not negotiate requirements. That’s where laws come in. Requirements are non-negotiable.

@@mca217 I knew there was going to be at least one comment on here smelling like some blame-the-women. That’s y’all’s problem to solve. Men make things happen. Stand up and be heard. Stand up and make your group noticed. That’s what the whole video is about; men being men, not whiners being whiners. I could be dead wrong, but here are my two cents. In nature, the biggest, fastest, strongest, loudest and most flamboyant males attract the most females during mating season. The Ray-Rays and the Pookies of the world excel at being all of those things. Similarly, the vixen-video model looking women “bring all the boys to the yard”, while the plain Janes and not-as-attractive women are frequently overlooked by most men. The moral of the story is it’s time for black adults, as a whole, to heal and mature and reassess the things they value. All this blame game playing, finger-pointing and name calling has us looking childish, immature and just flat out stupid in these innanet streets and in about 5 minutes, we’re going to be absorbed by all the other groups because we swirl way too much and then we’re going to disappear and we can’t blame nobody for that but ourselves.

@@mca217 Most women don't get with Pookie and Rayray. The type of women yall say yall would never take seriously are the ones that get with pookie and rayray. Most women who are married or in relationships are with men who "seem" honorable (and some actually are). Just because a man is a good person doesn't mean he's prone to be a good relationship partner/ husband. Just like a woman being a good person doesn't necessarily make her ready to be a wife or fit for a relationship.

Pastors, Police, Politicians, the Producer, the Podcast dude, and the so-called Pookies. The Basketball Player, the Drug Dealer, the Teacher, the Engineer, the Bus Driver, the UPS Driver, the Chef. Black women date and marry them all (if asked to do so). Now unless you are saying all BM are Pookies and Ray Rays then you are not making sense because it's not like all the good men are single and all the bad guys have wives/girlfriends. There are tons of women who are honourable quality women who don't get the time of day from men as well. The issue is that those quality women aren't being chosen by these quality men you speak of.

Blacks network all the time in business world, we have black expos for entreprenuers too. i digress, we have fraternies and other black organizations like masons its all about networking. 80% of the jobs i have had came from networking including the one im working right now while i type this. im making money while watching these videos. The issue isnt networking. Its family values. Single mothers arent pushing their sons to go college to get gainful employment. i grew up around chineses, vietnamese, koreans, jews, Fillipios, africans, and indians. i actually have friends who are asians. indians are the wealthest ethnic group in america. Not from networking. They are wealthiest because they push their kids to go to college for a degree in stem 80% of indians in america go to college for stem They tell their sons and daughters. Your going to be a Doctor or Engnieer those are your choices. Now second generartion of indians are getting into computer programming . Single Mothers outpace every race and gender in going to college.. But they are least likely to be into stem. They pick careers in the service indsutry mostly. The Solution Single mothers and Nuclear family Push your kids to go into stem only You can push them into being doctors, cyber security or engineers. If you want to start a business hire friends and family like the chinese do Chinese people i know personally have people they know working for them. Its not unity they not just getting random chinese folks they dont know to work for them Asians and Indians practice extreme neoptism. We should too as blacks Case and point, in highschool FeiShan mom and dad opened up a resturant. Fei worked there along with his mother and father and they had cousins working with them my home boy who is black was cool with Fei, we both ate at Fei house and had dinner and lunch there. We watch kung fu movies they had for a year before it shown in the USA. My home boy who was black ended up working in the kitchen as a cook for chinese buffet. but the thing was we was cool with them they would gave us both jobs there. They hire who they know and they family. Even in corporate. The white females i was cool with, would help me move up and get raises and higher posistions. Black men did the same thing, not so much with sistas. i said all that to say, Other communities like asians focus on high paying careers an come here either to become business owners, or go to college and get degrees in stem. Aint no indian going to school to become a hair stylist. An when you see a shop of girls doing nails, selling beauty supplies they all probably related or friends from the same neighborhood. FAMILY DIRECTION IS WHAT WE LACK. Tell your children either own a business or go to school to be engineer or computer IT

Other cultures dont have community or unity like we think...i grew up with them. They start business and their family and friends work there. Here in saint louis blacks do the same thing Sweetie Pies was a family owned buisness My Uncle had a ice cream shop back in the day both my brothers and many of my cousins all worked there, My cousin has a cleaners an many of cousins worked with him My other cousin was selling insurance and had office leased she has her friend, her friend younger sister ie my ex girlfriend working for her, her daughter working there and my other cousin worked there too. We as blacks do the same things as other races. But overall its not instilled in most families. Indian families push their kids to go to college only for stem. Doctor Singh or enigneering Jewish families push their kids to own businesses, or be lawyers Chinese and Korean families push their kids to own businesses that minorities will spend lots of money on When blacks own businesses its usually just geared towards blacks, an its not anything we really want. its what we should want. I tell folks all the time if you going to open a business as a black person the idea should be have mostly american clinetel not just folks from your old hood. if you go to college dont get a useless degree in communications or cosmotolgy unless you going to own your own business and use your degree with it.

The television would be shut off and each of us would pray and he would seal the prayer at the end. Trust, we didn’t have a lot of money at all. We had some hard times, but he kept God first AND remained diligent as a man of the house. My father worked HARD to make sure his family had the necessities. They live a completely different life now, and are very blessed. It is my belief that it was his discipline in his spiritual life that trickled into the other areas which had no choice but to impact his family. I’m grateful for a praying father.

A man having a solid relationship with God for ME helps me to determine what a man values, relies on and that he knows there's something higher than himself. Many treat God like the person you go to only when you NEED something, and we all know how we feel about being that person...He's a waymaker, not a genie at our disposal...Truth be told, if you are too busy to pray, and ask for direction, you are busier than God ever intended you to be...♥

Men had pride in their selves and their family’s name. I’d even add that women back in the day held the men to a higher standard and the women also had respect for theirselves. Women today accept scraps to the bare minimum just to get a man’s time and/or attention

Few points here. First, working together is based on the idea that you have similar values. Second, systemic indoctrination is a tough habit to break. From dirt poor to super rich, Lotta folks still believe white ice is colder. Third, they value of money. Lotta cultures are more than willing to say no to folks they don't wanna do business with. Finally, we don't hold our entrepreneurs to a higher standard of product.

That dude on the left shouldn't of been speaking so much. Listening to him was jarring as his points were off and a few of them incorrect. He was trying to push blame off on to others instead of accepting where men lack and it was 🥴 to watch. The guy with the red cap spoke so much truth and I applaud him on that - we need more of him ❤ because he honestly understands why women have given up hope and why as a community we are where we are. Most men today don't hold themselves or other men accountable for their actions, instead they encourage the opposite i.e being promiscuous, lazy etc. The community is lacking real role models that speak truth, love and light in to these men and that's also why the family structure isn't held as high as it once was. Everybody is about themselves and just a lot of ignorance is being shared, which is sad 💔 it doesn't propel us forward at all.
