This is one of my favourite Men at Work tunes, although there are many others. My dad bought Business as Usual and Cargo when they came out on cassette and the whole family listened to them on countless car journeys. Every song from those albums was etched on my 6 year old mind, and I still love all of them to this day.

Me too!! I was in 1st grade when they first came out and my whole family loved them!!
Colin still hitting those notes. Great rendition. Loved the sax too.
Another heartbreakingly beautiful song from the Men at Work songbook!Somewhere Greg is smiling his approval at that amazing sax solo!
The band.... what a treat! Bass and sax.... awesome!
A beatiful song that just captures the desolation of really seeing that you have been cut off from something gone by, and for now at least, are truly alone. My go-to song when I feel that way....

I miss Jerry Speiser's drumming but Colin's vocals are great as usual, and his wife harmonizes well with him. This is Men at Work's "Stairway to Heaven." I love songs that crescendo.

Although his new band, and of course his wife are doing well, more than that, I terribly miss the former band members. Especially Greg Ham is particularly missed. R.I.P. (It might sound unfair, because the girl on the sax and keyboards is wow...

Just a general consideration, no criticism: I wonder why in popular music, unlike in classical music, the re-performance of musical works, whether as a cover or by some of the original performers with the support of new band members, is always a little critical is looked at. Above all, comparing the artists or the versions is, in my opinion, unnecessary. We must finally come to the point where the revival of an oeuvre in popular music has its own charm and is absolutely justified. Nobody expects Paganini himself on stage when an orchestra plays his works these days. And nobody would call the Berliner Symphoniker a cover band. To make my point clear, I'll give an example: Watch the performances of the Pink Tones at the Segóbriga Roman Amphitheater. This is interpretation of the works of great artists by other great artists. Some practice absolute fidelity to the work, others add a personal touch. Both are good and valuable.
This song takes me straight to Australia, and that translates in my little pixie language to: it takes me straight to the most heavenly locale on all the Earth! ☺️✨🇦🇺❤️

You really should go back there before you leave this planet. I was born and raised on the west coast of Florida near the beaches and feel the same way about that locale. Always say I'll go back there before I die. You should too.
Colin has always had this spiritual undertone to his music, so It's nice to see that he picked up a George Harrison Rosewood Tele. I imagine Ringo finds that in him as well and that's why they get along so well
I'm becoming reaquainted with this brilliant music I loved back in the 80's. Got my oldest son hooked on it too. Really enjoying these virtual concerts. Please keep doing what you're doing.
I am reliving one of the greatest periods of my life. One Monday at a time. Thank you Colin!
Far out. All I can really say is thank you and it was a privilege to be in the 'audience' for this. Cheers.
You guys really look like your having so much fun. That’s what it is supposed to look like! Makes me want to pick up my guitar and jam.
This track has haunted me since the first time I heard it, so long, long ago. And now, we are here. And yes, Colin hits the notes. He's like McCartney.
Love listning to you brings back good memories. The band is tight and awsome.Dig the sax solo brilliant. Thank you from the land down under. Cheers Stephen and Helen Australia. 👍🇦🇺💜🎸
That...was....BADASS!
What wonderful memories this song brings back. Thank you Colin!
I've never been able to find the words to describe what this song does for me....but the best description I can come up with is - each time I've listened to it over the years, I get covered in goosebumps! Colin's voice has def stood the test of time and this band did an outstanding job with staying true to form with the sound! So awesome!
Each week i keep saying...oh, this is my fave, that one is my fave. But...honestly, pretty much every song off the 3 albums is my fave! 😎 🍀🍀

Back in the summer of 1983 Men at Work played the Montreal Forum on August 11th, I was 15 years old I had tickets but had a serious accident playing baseball and ended up in the hospital and missed the show...I'll be 55 this year and still listen to Men at Work and the work of Colin Hay...love the music, love the writing...hope to see you back in Montreal soon.
One of my fave MAW songs, this is a brilliant version - such destitution, such beauty.
One of my favorite Men At Work songs and you still sound so amazing on it. Love this so much - Thanks for sharing!!! :)
Wow! This just plain rocks!
I look forward to these every week. Business as Usual was the second record I ever bought and I absolutely wore it out. This is such a joy to hear these songs in this format. Kudos to the engineer.

Someone said: "What's the 80's music?" - Go and listen Men at Work!! There are A LOT OF SIGNS OF YESTERDAY!! : An amazing songwriter and singer, bassist , drumer, saxophonist, and more! Thanks Colin and the band!! You know that you make us sooo happy since the '80s!. You are a huge part of our lives!
The bass solo is beyond words...altough he looks to have plenty of them also, love to hear them one day...

¡Bravo! Muchas gracias Colin.
Colin plays a Great range of guitars.
One of my favorite Men at Work songs.... if I ever see you live Colin, this is my request :) Cargo was the first album I bought as a poor kid growing up, and this song still is on my top 10 list.
Wow !!!
Brilliant music - I saw Colin and crew in Nottingham UK when they toured there in the 80’s - now part of my Spotify playlist 37’ish years on. Who can it be, Overkill, Upstairs at my house and Be Good Johnny are just a few of my favourites of the band. Colin Hay, what a talent. 👍
I just love hearing new life breathed into the amazing songs!! And I love that rosewood Tele Colin!!
