They just don't have as many good athletes as they used to... The fast that such a small country had so many talented athletes at the same time was a crazy coincidence, and not something likely to happen again.

There was a long break between Don Quarrie and Ray Stewart, another long break between Stewart and Powell, Bolt, Blake, et al. The next great Jamaican is probably in junior high.
