Lyor Cohen had already been doing this for over a decade before the Roc boys even hit the scene, and Def Jam's doors weren't shuttered because of his behavior! Cam manger took Bleek’s spot because Jay never gave him that spot. Bleak was not qualified to be president and neither was Cam and THAT was the major problem with Dame making that decision without his approval or at least input.

Huh??? Dame didn’t leave the Roc. Jay became President of Def Jam and decided to sell his interest in Roc. They sold it and each walked away with their percentage of interest liquidated. Dame didn’t bring the end to nothing. Jay was always the power.
