Hello can this type of banner be printed with the HP Design Jet T650 printer?

@@nicciclutch thank you for your response I’m looking to purchase a printer very soon and leaning towards that one I can still outsource my backdrops that are like this being I don’t do many of them. My main thing for printing would be adhesive vinyl
