Great trick to learn fretboard!! What strings are you using? Look thicker then mine.

Great study method for fretboard memorization! I’m going to try this with an added wrinkle of assigning the strings in order to my fingers according to the PIMA idea. I think it might help connect muscle memory to the fretboard layout. Worth a try…

As an old fart, I followed your instructions very well. But I'm an old fart. It takes me a little more time to do that metronome rhythm. Which makes me realize that kids that went to Band Camp really had another skill that I never knew about. And I'm trying to do this when I should be worrying if my dentures are in place? LOL. I'll practice.
