Great to see your old photos. Reminds me of me and my husband over the years. ❤
Great to see the old memories. We are probably a similar age.Met my husband in 1971 and married 1974.We have many photos from the “ the old days “ and all being well will celebrate our 50th anniversary next year. As Sandy Denny sung , who knows where the time goes.x
Thanks for sharing..lovely photos
Lovely photos and great look at your journey together. 👍🏴👍🏴👍🏴

Very nice too!😀
Oh those flared jeans, I remember them well. You'd probably be able to make two pairs of today's jeans out of the material. Thank you Bob and Jenny for taking me back to those days.Stay Safe.

I had a pair of flares, you had to take three steps before you moved.
I also had a Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48k bought new in 1984 after having a ZX81. I bought the Spectrum for £130 and saved up as I was being paid £25 a week on a Youth Training Scheme. Always fun trying to get the precise volume level to load and save the cassette programmes !
Wow some great memories for you ✋❤️💙❤️❤️💙
Great photos, great memories. Thanks for sharing. You certainly loved your Fords.

Bob Earnshaw me too, my first Ford was a mk2 cortina, it was a great drive, but rusty as hell. I sold it for £150! Then bought a really solid Mk1 cortina. It was magnificent, despite its age it never had a single issue. I tied it to a sturdy looking concrete post and pulled out the massive dent in the rear! Always regretted selling it, I’m sure it would be worth a fortune today. Since then after working for Toyota and Lexus most of my career I’ve always had a soft spot for Fords. I have a 2011 Focus which seems as indestructible as the MK1 Cortina so until it falls apart, probably never, Ford may be my last car as well as the first!
Really enjoyed looking back at the photos. I’m from very near Letchworth, been many times.

They are beautiful photos, it’s lovely to look back on memories,
How lovely to see the past of you two guys. Take care.
Wow, I've been following you for a while now, great video's. I've also just realised that you have a connection with Letchworth GC. My wife is from there. Met her whilst I served at RAF Henlow. Small world. We're still happily married, currently living in North Wales.
Hi from us in NZ. Great looking at old photo's and seeing how things have changed.
Fantastic, loved the XR2.
Lots of happy memories Bob and Jenny. Love the tee-shirt Bob.

Great trip down memory lane! Jenny, I had an XR2. Loved it. Those were the days.
Lovely to watch and recognise some familiar wallpaper and cushions etc. Its a wonder we could ever relax with all the colour and pattern that we had in our homes then. Great memories, thank you for sharing. 😊

Thanks for sharing, nice to see the older times. Loved seeing all the cars too. I too had a series 3 Landy around that time too, it was a CSW but very sad when I had to sell it as my upper body couldn't cope as no power steering so bought the Defender 300Tdi CSW with power steering and kept me driving for a few more years which I enjoyed..

I remember trying to talk him into the top Ghia X with the lovely rear headrests, electric seats and alloys etc 😏. I love going to classic car shows and seeing these it brings back so many great memories👌 I keep asking the wife if she fancies one 😉
Happy times nice to see the cars which we had then brilliant only if we known then what we know now 👍

Thanks for sharing your photos, brought back some memories for me, cars, clothes decor. Don't think people including me print out if even take photos like we used to, stood outside the house or by a new car. Guess we will rely on Google images or hard drives to look at photos, not the same as going through an old photo album. Have a good week👍

Very nice Bob and Jenny, must say, what a smasher you were Jenny, still are. I was married to Sylvia 13 years prior to you, we had 3 kids, two boys and a girl, sadly we broke up after 18 years together. I envy those i know, who stayed together. Great memories for you both Bob and Jenny just noticing you loved your fords. I was brought up as a child working on most of them in your clip and later on in life having to continually weld them for Mot. Ford escorts where terrible for the battery box acid rotting into the foot well pig to weld due to the electrics fuse box. Great fun you won’t find a grease nipple on the modern rubbish we have now Take care 👍

OMG the seventies, I was a little kid then but boy did I hate the colours on wallpaper, furniture and the clothes with the wide legs, ieeeuuhh. But what awesome to see it back here and well the eighties, that is my favourite era, my teenage years and with better fashion taste eventhough my daughters will disagree on that :)
