😂 I heard no such thing! Yes we definitely would have to come back to experience the conditions in winter and see how both of us like it then. But as of right now we both really enjoyed our time there and see it as a possibility in the future.

Glad you guys enjoyed the DMV; I lived in Maryland for 26 years. Maryland was good to me but it never felt like home.

Happy Pride to the four of you. I enjoyed seeing you as tourists in my area. Locals take for granted that which is special to tourists.

definitely go to "Georgia Browns" beautiful brunch spot, Michelle Obama favorite restaurant. if you like Mexican, Mi Casa is great. Founding Farmers was good too. OMG.....You guys landed at BWI (Baltimore) and drove to Dulles(Virginia) that's a lot of driving. I usually use Regan International. It's the best cause it's right there at VA/DC line . For some reason it does cost more and even the rentals are a few dollars more. I miss the DMV I can't wait to go back home !

Before you consider DC go in the Winter. That can be a game changer. Las Vegas would be a choice, weather is similar to what you guys are use to.
