Thank You Miss Amanda, On a family camping trip from our home in Montana to Three Rivers, Idaho my son's grandmother was upset because he wouldn't pick her flowers, but he picked up trash during one of their walks. I sent him out on their next walk with Tobacco so he could make an offering and pick her flowers that she liked. Wakan Tonka gave us a Beautiful planet we should be more Respectful of her! You are so right about the retelling of every trip, I rarely share the endless miles of beautiful scenery and great roads of little traffic. The stories of getting off to suit up in rain gear also isn't as much fun as when you stop 15 minutes later to take it off again. Thank You for sharing, it is greatly appreciated! I've been there with bad campsites, but also had amazing hosts, who raked the sites, and put wildflowers/vase in the pit toilets.... 30 miles North of Klamath Falls off 5 ... who guilted me into picking up trash in the woods at the campground

I just went through much of the area you covered in this video in November of 2023. I plan on going back with my dual sport bike and exploring much of that beautiful region. I got to Butch Cassidy's childhood home on a 22 degree sun up and it was a beautiful valley. I love that part of our world.

Great hat, Amanda. You have it creased the way i like mine. Really cool Stetson harness too. I want one so I can take a hard felt one instead of the crushable wool one I use now. I also bought an AT-960 helmet. Larry in Fort Worth, but now a 2021 Africa Twin owner!

Try sleeping with your butane canister and keep it warm. They’re just like a lighter or batteries keep them warm and the results will surprise you.

Since I occasionally do camp in bear country, no lol I will not be sleeping with anything that is involved in the food making process that could have the potential to retain any kind of food smell 👍
