Hello I will make you beans and rice recipe it look delicious and easy. And as a Mexican I approve the corn all the way up to the cotija cheese, we eat the corn with just spread mayonnaise, Tajin and cotija cheese (traditionally in the center of México is that way) up north probably is different , the salsa that you put after is call Chamoy, is sweet and pair more with fruit like mango or orange we normally don’t put cilantro in corn like that but as your own take is not bad.
