This is one of those episodes where you know they did bare minimum homework. Von not being signed to OTF isn’t news. They’ve said it in interviews, Track has said it in interviews, even on Von’s album credits it’s 100K Management

I could tell you 100% his albums used to say OTF entertainment after he died they started that forever and a day which is Vons estate. I’m sure durk ain’t worried about king Vons percentage once he died and let it go back to his estate. He didn’t sign a bad deal with durk though he was able to do what he pleased.
