I was assuming that he had a vehicle since it appears she was tossed from a car. Has LE given any of that info?

He left with nothing. He would have needed to scavenge local area, summer homes, empty or for sale homes for shelter, food, phone, clothes. Any locals know of reports of food or supplies missing?

I honestly don't think he had any of the skills to do any of that surviving alone is really hard and I doubt katy and Chris taught him much. 😢😢😢

This is a boy with the mental age of about 10. He did not do any of that. He did not have those kinds of capabilities.

Justin, look up Conner Jack Oswalt. He's a high functioning autistic teen who was missing 3 years, but was found alive. He left home on his own, supposedly because of unhappy home life. It's an interesting story, and makes me think of Sebastian.

Not the same. He knew ppl so was able to just leave. Sebastian did not have that. He did not have any friends besides 2 kids at school who are both developmentally disabled. And those 2 kids never ran away and LE visited them both in their homes and questioned them. Sebastian never mentioned anything to either of them about leaving home. Sebastian did not ever go anywhere without his Mother or Dad taking him there. He could not ride a bike and did not have 1. He flat out did not run off from that home. He had his Dad's phone number memorized. And he would have called him. And he would have been found period, if he walked anywhere, because it got real cold outside that over night, and a few days after the 26th, it got really cold. Raining and temps in the 20's. He had no coat and no shoes. He would have succomb to those temps and been found by the thermal heat seeking drones in planes, equisearch brought in. Remember there was no plant life in February. The ground was not covered in greenery like it is now. Those drones would have caught his heat source easy. They flew over all the woods areas, etc. Sebastian having runaway is basically impossible. If only that Sheriffs dept knew what they were doing. This case would not be basically cold rn. And I do believe it is cold. I also believe Chris knew all they had to say is Sebastian ran away, and that Sheriffs dept would buy right in to it. And that gave them time to completely hide any evidence etc, of what happened. That Sheriffs dept let Chris leave for 17 hours and drive wherever he wanted to, to do whatever he wanted. They didn't tail him, or anything. Those are very stupid police. And it was very easy for Chris, his family, and Katie to do this and get away with it, because of the incompetence of that Sheriffs dept. Chris knows. Chris knew that Sheriffs was lousy at investigating. He also knows the TBI doesn't do much of anything when it comes to missing children. This was not 1 bit difficult for them to get rid of Sebastian and then just claim he ran away. I know just by what was said in the very last statement posted by TBI on their website, that they aren't working on this case anymore. They made it pretty clear. They claim they did everything they could and didn't find anything so they didn't know really where to go from there. And they said they are just in waiting for a tip mode. That's saying in not so many words they have nothing. And the case is basically cold. A tip will probably never come. We have seen this before with the TBI. And I learned then, when they use the words they used in the last statement on Sebastian's case. It's not looking good for the case to get solved. With Summer it's already past 3 years. And they have nothing. They have nothing in these cases, because they did not do the right things in the 1st 3 days of the case. Forensics should have been done immediately. That's what LE does in every State but Tennessee when a child is reported missing. It's 1 of the very 1st things they do. Tennessee does not follow proper investigation techniques, and that is why they don't solve their cases there. More worried about property lines being walked on, than they are about missing children. Tennessee needs a total overhaul in all Govt positions and all Sheriff and Chief of police positions. The house and senate there all need to be shown the door. And bring in pro law and order ppl, who will give proper funding to police and make sure they are properly trained. The DA's there all need to go. They just want to sit on their butts instead of trying cases. They pleadeal every case down to nothing. It's all about money in that State. The money is not being properly alocated. If I lived in Tennessee I would vote everybody out. And only vote for pro law and order ppl for all positions. That DA in Sumner County needs to be shown the door. So does the DA in Hawkins County. You need a giant broom there and just sweep them ALL out. That Governor is absolutely horrible too. He is weak and wack!

Nobody knew forsure that he knew he that he ran away for sure they should’ve treated possibility of foul play involved with nothing found to prove he walked away no scent of footprints.Imo
