Love Mackie Osborne's designs. They inspired me to be a graphic designer myself, and The Melvins made me want to record music. The perfect duo
In my opinion Buzz is in the perfect position as far a having a "career" in music. He gets to do it his way and he doesn't have to be a part any of the fake celebrity nonsense.

"Unbending intent " will take you somewhere ,indeed ...
Mackie's work is iconic. Such a great artist.
Rock royalty. They both have been making consistently amazing art and have for many a year. I can't wait to see more of their amazing art for many more years to come. 🤘💜
What a fantastic couple! 👏
These two are so great
Short & sweet! Caputured their Art & Personalities perfectly! MORE,PLEASE!
I love these two. What they do with Melvins and design is so significant.
Steve Appleford, I liked this video because it's awesome!
I love the old school approach to printing. It's a lost art.

The fact that they're using a printing press from the 1800s says volumes for older industrial craft. Those suckers were built to last.
Buzz and the Melvins are National Treasures at this point.
This is lovely. They are a dual creative force. They are bound to be in the art history books of the future.
They met backstage at a Jesus Lizard/Helmet concert. I’ve been looking for that romantic a backstory my entire life. GREAT job, buddy..Mackie’s art is sooooo fantastic! What a body of work from these two so far..🖤🖤🖤
When I was a teenager, I somehow scored a ticket to see Tool before they really blew up (meaning their concerts were like 3,000 people instead of 50,000, they were still big). Anyway, having no idea at the time what Tool actually looked like because they never did photo shoots or live interviews back then and never having heard of The Melvins, the opening act, we got there just as a band was loading up equipment off the stage. Dangit! We missed the Melvins. Oh well, I thought. Now let's see Tool! So, after a while of sneaking hits of weed, the band comes out and introduces themselves "Hi, we're Tool and we just smoked a lot of pot!" I couldn't believe it, of all the appearances I had imagined Tool looking like, I never thought their lead singer had a huge Afro! 😂 Well, "Tool" proceeded to play an entire setlist of the most fkd up sounding music I'd ever heard and that's how I got introduced to the Melvins. 😂 I was sofa king confused.
Icons of liberty, effort, labor and honesty. Proud to be a human being after watching this. Thank you.
Incredible--I had no idea Mackie was reaponsible for so much iconic music art! YOWZA!
Two great artists.
Awesome couple seriously. That doesn’t happen everyday
The best. Two true artists.
How should I not love these guys??? I appreciate their art and their being humans from the first moment I got to know them. Thank you for this video!!!
I want to hang out with Buzz and Mackie next time I'm in Laurel Canyon, there are so cool, groovy and fun.
Bless these two champions of their respective arts. Long may they live, long may they reign.
Amazing partnership 🌞
FINALLY ive waited to many years to see there cool pad and and that killer art toy collection, and more info about Mackies art, great work steve.
This may be my favorite interview with Buzz. It was cool to see the woman that can deal with him. 😂
love buzz saying "let ppl do their job". completely agree w that philosophy. great piece
thanks a lot for sharing this, enjoyed it a lot!
Totally cool, I will check out MELVINS.
Great video!! I've hung out with Buzzo and Dale and they are the coolest and easiest guys to hang out with. I love Melvins!!

Been a fan for a long time and have never seen a video with them together pretty cool.
Wow! I love this!
2:35 Compassionate Buzz💛
The Melvins are awesome. They have their own sound.
music is therapy! Rock on!
I had the opportunity to learn how to print on an old press like this one a long long time ago and LOVED it 😊
the melvins have the best t-shirts in music, thanks to mackie. she is a genius designer.
Love so much!!!
My old neighbour in Laurel Canyon🤙
Could have watched more, for at least an hour 👍
Amazing
If only people this cool grew on trees, somewhere over the rainbow...
💗💗💗
The two best buggers in the world. Bar none
Yep, that's about what I'd expect their house to look like.
It's very possible King Buzzo was what inspired head banging. Once you see HIS hair flying around, inspiration always ensues.
There was a late 70's punk band from here in Newfoundland Canada that used to do a similar thing with record covers. They were called Da Slyme. I have their record - it was a Dooble Brothers cover with Da Slyme painted across the front.
I love that song Lizzy.
MELT BANANA and NAPALM DEATH EP !?!?
Very cool!
i want to hire her to do one of my bands albums
I shared a picture of Buzz on Facebook and someone thought he was Christopher Lloyd in Back to the Future 😂
Love that Travis Bean guitar.
Quintessence Records (Canadian label) with DOA, Subhumans and Pointed Sticks also started recycling old record sleeves back in the late '70s.
4:06 !Whoa! I had that purple dude on the dashboard of my 73 Van Halen Scamp-From-Hell, to hold my shades.
Mackie was great in Bad Brains.😙
very good stuff
lindos ❤
I Saw him wearing that eye ball wizard cape it was rad. They are sonically one of the louder bands I’ve seen
I’ve always had a tremendous amount of respect for Buzz. I love that Social Distortion cover, in fact, I still have a shirt with the cover of that album on it. I’ve heard him talk about Kurt…I always felt like it would have done Kurt a world of good to spend more time with Buzz. The lure of fame and all the chaos that comes with it is incredibly powerful, I imagine…particularly at the level Kurt was…I imagine it gets to a point where the lines of what is real and who is authentic and actually gives a shite about you become incredibly blurred. When I’ve heard Buzz talk about Kurt, I could tell he was unfortunately was probably one of the few that actually was capable of caring about his friend at the time. He wasn’t buying the whole “I have stomach pain therefore that justifies my use of heroin” bs that had come out in the media, which apparently Kurt had used at least at some point to justify using dope. Real friends, ones that actually care about you at the end of the day, will hold you accountable. To me, when I saw the interview where he talks about Kurt and his fame and drug use, I felt like it speaks volumes about his character. And this is coming from a recovering junkie. So…thanks for being one of the good ones Buzz!
How very very cool
absolutley stunning printer/prints..real tasty
I love wen buzz hosts the video I have seen so much of it and check your email buzz🎸

Buzz is awesome what a cool man cave shop set up he has and his wife is so cute!💯💯
American heroes. 🤘🏻
I think I used to have that Bozo the Clown piggy bank.
Who else was dying to trim Buzzo's eye brows?
What bass player is Mackie referring to Buzz spitting on around 1993? Joe Preston was on bass duties until 1992 and Mark was was the bassist in 1993. Was there a bass player on duty between 92 and 93?
@andytaylor1806
Ай бұрын
Joe Preston would be my guess. Seen other interviews where they say he was lazy and that there was a reason he was in the band less than a year. Lori also rejoined very briefly in '93

Dave Sharp. Because Mackie mentions Jabberjaw show, You can see on the youtube where he is the bassist.
That’s cool I know Mike the bassist..
How does he get that thing to stay on his head?
Wait. Melvins were looking for a bass player?
Very cool but I still prefer tree grown... trick is pick them a little under ripe.
This is the guy whom Kurt Cobain looked up to. And this is why.
Buzz looks like Cousin It with hair.
There were really only like 3 grunge bands
Not sure if they have kids.. Imagine growing up in such a fertile mentally challenging environment.. Would be unreal
I think she may have been referring to Kevin Rutmanis.

He's not going to read your comment. I mean...you do realize that don't you?
I kind of used to think he was a dick. This is really sweet. I think he's got a lot of integrity. So anyway, glad I was wrong.
"...he was spitting on the guy the whole time, while they were playing." That's pretty fucked up
man that dog looks spoiled rotten hahaha
Buzz is very smart, and also, as he has shown in interviews with Gavin McInnes, very dumb.
Laurel Canyon? really? Rockstar life? wait!
California. The land of fruits and nuts.
