Always loved plasma weapons

Ive been meaning to say this, i love your choice in the Vvc and not the NEBULA. while yes, the Neb can continuously charge shoot charge cycle, i like the very quick charge and much better normal shot, weight, and EN burden of the Vvc. Ive also been using those 3PMs longer than any other missile type in the game. I actually use them with the DUO-3, same as Iguazu's AllMind groupies. Its is HIGHLY effective as a death from above tool, as well as very high DPS as far as missile combos go.

I wish to buy a game to play with you :3

I'm starting to think thats why the Zimm-panzees hate dual RANSETSU light builds like mine. They can't just steamroll over them unless they are skilled. And the shield? Unless they plan to hold the shield down all day, it isnt going to help much against RANSETSU...that thing still puts them on a stagger clock. Instant guard does little against rifles.

As much as hate I zimms, lamms & tanks need balancing too and honestly wouldn't mind if Zimms were nerfed down to 420 impact or even buff Haldeman's. Anyways, good job against zimm-shield, that is one of the few builds I absolutely despise along with jp lamm and laser/bazooka tanks.

Do plasma explosions from missile and rifle go around shields as it were, provided they detonate in the right spot?

Yes and they will deal full damage even after the enemy use pulse armor, provided that they don't move away from the AoE

It has proc detonate range like bazooka. It doesnt go around shield but its AOE linger on the same spot and most shield user tend to forget about it.

Ahh so the damage is part the initial damage and part DOT. If they linger in the dot or they put the shield down they take full damage I imagine.

Let's say that his Vvc rifle fires the charged shot, and one of the blasts flies behind them and they backpedal into it. Yes, they'll take unmitigated damage at least initially. If you use the VPN and they're coming at you, and the plasmas fall down and hit them from above and behind, it gets around the shield.
