3:50 you didn't go as far because of the drag from the water. The reason why the water had more drag is because you had more speed, which means the water was pushing agenst your car more. And you didn't skip over the water because of your down force. (I think that's the reason. But who am I to know? I'm just a 6th grade science nerd.)

downforce works a little weird in water because downforce generally works by making the air push down on the car more without having air push up or get caught (hence why racecars have flat carbon fiber bottoms) and send the car out of control but generally yes downforce would make skipping over water kinda difficult

can't recommend a company for prebuilt as all are either terrible, overpriced, or in Dell/Alienwares case both. but general specs higher end 1000 series card or 1660 ti 12-16 gb of ram a 12th gen i3 or i5 are a bit overkill but great value currently (it is worth noting this is for recommend can go lower but won't be the best experience)
