Leaving aside the orphanage I think it's a great detail that Sans helps Alphys because he also hates humans.

GG Fell fits so hard

i have a tip for you, add a karma effect in the battle when sans joins, however add a specific case where alphy's attacks deal damage with inv frames, but also decrease karma when sans is around, and sans attacks just do... well normal soul sucking drain damage... that should add an interesting damage dynamic- if you want to ofc :3 So far this looks AMAZING tho
