The thing is Trump doesn't want to set foot inside a court room and will do anything he can to avoid it (taking his appeals all the way to the Supreme Court if needs be). If court is where the truth is meant to come out, where he could present whatever evidence he has to substantiate what he's said, you'd think that he'd be rushing to do this. But by his own actions it's the total opposite. And this leaves rational people with only one reason for him doing so - That he really isn't interested in speaking the truth (because he has no evidence to back any of his claims).
