There's a voice in this soundtrack that sounds like it's saying "Dyatlov" at some points, the name of the technician in charge of the crew that worked in the control room of the Chernobyl power plant the night of the accident. He had also been exposed to a previous reactor melt down incident on board a Russian nuclear military submarine prior to this event. It's actually miraculous he survived with only minor symptoms of radiation sickness even from the first incident, let alone the second (which is the worst nuclear disaster humans have yet faced.)

This is my favorite Waterflame song of all time. Very impactful and emotional. It gives off a story and a vibe like no other.

I love this piece! It's tense and really fits the idea of a nuclear meltdown. I personally think that this kind of sounds like a battle theme that one would hear in one of the Gamecube Pokemon games, particularly at 1:02 - 1:35. Of course, that is a good thing.

I love these 6 minute songs of you. They are so unusual and seem to have no structure it's so different.

This build-up is flawless

The alarms go off and lights on the walls start strobing red. The breach is so bad even the building is panicking. The grad student looks around, sees her supervisor beckoning her over. He wants her to get out now, in case things go south. She says no way, she'll do whatever she can to help. This reactor powers half the state, and if it went down, it would spell disaster. Her supervisor nods, tells her, maybe there is something you can do. The containment team is a person short, he says. If you want to work here, now is an excellent time to prove yourself. She nods, and he waves her on to where the containment team is suiting up. There's a big, bulky, lead-lined suit still on the rack, as if calling her name. She hurriedly puts it on, and the team goes into the core, hopefully to save not just the reactor crew, but the whole town.

Not a thing to be proud of, but true regardless. I listen to this every day for half a year. Still not annouing. Maybe because it ties with one of my characters perfectly. Hating everything, mostly themselves, hiding grief and fear behind rage, simply because they don't want to see everything come to ruin if they break again. Never coming to terms with what they've done, they find themselves somewhat capable in the process of battle and murder, just to forget this constant mental *M E L T D O W N* for a little longer, so that understanding of the new sins doesn't kick in so quickly. For them, there's no victory. They either survive to suffer so others don't, or fail again and get to see the results. Boy, that's a bit philosophical for 1 am, isn't it? P.S. If someone is interested, here's some fantasy material on that. «Plasma Berserker» Rapfot's psychic abilities are directly tied into their f*c/(†d up state of mind, being based upon bringing pain to astral enemies through mere presence in the scene, multiplying when host loses temper and sanity. Subject is capable of manifesting their voracious power in many forms, but prefers to infuse their artificial «Bane Keeper» body with their respective psychic signals, taking form of sound-speed wrestling moves, occasionally spiced up with volatile projectiles and simple unstable astral constructs, suitable only for combat. Partially involves fire and chaos control due to close contact with respective symbiote astrals. One of the first musics I found from him, absolute banger. 1:34 to 2:02 is godly imo. The way there's so many instruments but that they all complete each other so well is impressive. And most musics I found based off radioactivity and disasters are dubstep or musical styles I do not like, but this one works so well. Awesome work, will stay on my Playlist forever.
