2 step laser filtration system with a single melt filter
Designed for the recycling of highly contaminated waste
The first filtration cleans product that is bigger than 500 microns to protect the second laser filter
It is optional to change the size of the second laser filter from 80 micron up to 300 microns
With the more affective shaft-sleeve The foreign unrecyclable product that is left in the sifter is thrown out without disturbing the extruder working pressure or the need of a pump
With the blade system the foreign material is accumulated on the filter and transferred to the shaft connection point with the blade to the shaft sleeve
Since the first filter takes care of the bigger impurities the second filter lasts longer and enables it to work more efficiently

MELT FILTER - LASER FILTERING MACHINE
Double stage blades-holder (hollow internally) collects the contamination from the surface of the screens.
- It is recommended that the 1st stage blades purify 500μ (Depends on the melt contamination) impurities
Blades are installed on the main hub and rotates continuously depending on pressure level. If the melted plastic consists high impurity level, rotational speed increases gradually. For low impurity levels, rotational speed descends.
