Melt was the first song I ever wrote translyrics for! I lost the original set I wrote but I remember that it was really bad (the first line used to be "I woke up in the morn" MORN ISN'T EVEN A WORD RACH???). It's nice to see that even though I didn't realise it, my translyrics skills got better!!! Heck yeah. After all these years I finally could do this song justice.

Crushes never change with how they feel. I related to this song way back when I still was new to romance and all these new feelings. Here I am, almost 22, relating to this song and giggling /blushing at so many things my slow burn crush does. Sigh ^^;; hopeless is right No matter what happens, at least for now, I'll still listen to stuff like this and enjoy myself.

This is probably the best English cover of "Melt" i've ever heard it's very accurate...Props to the singer this is really good, one thing though the part "Oh, i can wait no more" should be "Oh, you take my breath away" just like in the Original. Reason being is that the phrase "Oh, i can wait no more" kind of like saying she wants to do something shameless while in public...While if we use the original "Oh, you take my breath away" it'll mean the pressure of being so near her crush makes her feel like her energy is being sucked away. So i think the original one sounded better than the change the uploader did. Aside from that, i didn't see any other problems with this cover :)...I hope u see this Uploader.

@@doclinny 3 years late, im pretty sure what the op had originally meant tho is that the standards when it comes to public intimacy in japan are a lot different to most english speaking countries, stuff like kissing publicly from what i can tell is still a bit uncomfortable for a lot of japanese people and so obviously that line can come off as "shameless" in a way!

THE NOSTALGIA!! The beginning lyrical bit was a great touch before jumping into the rest of the song, and then rest was a spectacular ride through the last ten years. It was fantastic to revisit some of those old memories. So fantastic I could perhaps, MELT?! lololol!! I kid, mostly~ Anyway, great job Rachie, and thank you for the wonderous cover of an old personal favorite of so many of us fans! This song was one of my first introductory songs to Vocaloid, and has remained a steady fave over the years.
