ugh. JR was a bastard. You can't compare him with Billy and Alisson! LOL.

Billy not listening to Amanda and travelling to Atlanta to see Allison would have been the best way to end Billy's storylines in MP... but, as usual in the henious season 6, what was normal and desirable for any MP fan was probably weird or illogical for the writers of the show. And then Billy ended with Jennifer, which is another reason why this is, by far, the WORST season. 🤮

Alison really had severe self esteem issues. Its bad enough she just put up with bullying unreasonable behavior from Amanda for years in that job but she had sunk so low as to reach out to her abuser looking for help getting a new job. My God just move on Alison and start afresh! I was waiting for her to still be taking crap and working long days when MP came back in 2009.

She could have gotten a job in NY when Billy had that great job there. My guess is Alison knew she wouldn't get away with her crap (coming in late, no show/no call, missing deadlines, etc.) anywhere else.

@@catnip2167 they really made her tragic though in the end. I wasnt a fan of how Amanda treated her but Alison needed to take a leap of faith and start afresh in a new company and put D&D behind her. From season 4 onwards the scriptwriters had her as a long term employee who lived for work!
