This is incorrect, imperm will negate the effect that prevents the activated effects from being negated, which will then allow it to negate the activated effect. Veilor will also work on bacha for the same reason.

Ok I see, in another video the same interaction came up where it got veilered and the commentator said you couldn’t veiler it so they took it back. So I thought it was the same

@@erichunter9173 yea no u can negate the effect but only if you are negating bacha entirely, that is why veiler imperm or mourner work, but ash or gamma or like skull guardian wouldn’t
