Sundus Ali Actually many countries don’t and instead have an internal selection for the song that will represent them and just release it. Besides, this wasn’t my point. Melodifestivalen is not just your average song selection event. Has a large number of contestants with great songs.

Andreas A The reasn they always come top 5 with their bland songs is because they for some reason are overhyped by the juries. Many countries have national selections, so dont be condesending. Cyprus the last years, usually send a swedish written song. Why I dont get. Wish they would come up sith something «own». Eurovision will become one bland generic contest if so many countries continue to accept swedish written songs (certan songwriters write 5-6 songs in different selections and almost all sounds the same)

Lucas Kristiansson I’m not from Sweden no but I wish I was since my country don’t even come close to beating Sweden ever. And yes I heard it’s between those 3 but tbh I see it being Dotter or Anna mostly. The Mamas are good too but I think song wise, Move doesn’t have as much potential like Bulletproof and Kingdom Come do. They will all do well tho no doubt but it’s definitely a battle of the redemption queens right now so Dotter or Anna..I would not mind if it went either way 💖 but I will say we need to stream both songs at all times right now

Raven Is it because of the gimmicks used, cause if it was sung withiut those lights, it wouldnt be higher than 4th/5th place in MF. Malous song sounds exactly like Sia (but she cant sing to save her life). That will end last with the juries. Anna has a mix between schlager and country, and I dont think it would do very well. Mamas have great voices, but the song is so «cheesy» and bland. Their best chance is Mariette.

Melodifestivalen has a few in-house dancers every year and the artists can choose to use them or to find dancers on their own ☺️ That's why some dancers are in so many numbers haha.
