A few nerfs for melodie nerf the shield gadget, hp, and either increase her super charge rate or nerf the dash range

I got that some Melodie bug today and lost a game because of it. Sometimes she just supers the ball on her own or something.

In my opinion thy should rework her ang get the notes while dashing buff her regular attack and just rework her starpowers and gadgets
