향긋한 멜론을 넣어 돌돌말아 크레이프 롤케이크를 만들었어요~
요즘 멜론이 제철이라 달고 맛있어서 색다른 디저트로 만들어 봤어요~
멜론을 크림과 잘못 섞으면 쓴맛이 날 수 있어 과육을 통으로 넣고 장식으로 몇개를 올렸는데 함께 먹으면 입에서 시원하고 향긋해서 정말 맛있더라구요~
사각 팬에 크레이프를 구우면 말기에 훨씬 편해서 좋은 것 같아요~
생과일이 들어간 케이크라서 시간이 많이 지나면 물기가 생기기 때문에 빨리 먹는게 좋답니다~

▶팬 사이즈 Pan size : 20cm x 23cm
▶재료
달걀 3개
설탕 40g
소금 1g
바닐라익스트랙 3g
박력분 150g
녹차파우더 3g
우유 375g
녹인 무염버터 50g
멜론
생크림 150g
설탕 45g
크림치즈 300g
바닐라익스트랙 2g
▶레시피
1. 달걀을 풀고 설탕, 소금 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 박력분, 녹차파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 우유 100g을 넣고 섞고 남은 우유를 모두 넣고 섞은 뒤 녹인 무염버터를 넣고 섞는다.
3. 체에 거른 뒤 냉장실에서 30분 이상 휴지 시킨다.
4. 약불에 팬을 올리고 식용유를 바른 뒤 반죽을 붓고 넓게 펴 기포가 올라오면 뒤집어 살짝 더 익히고 팬에서 내려 식힌다.
5. 생크림에 설탕을 넣고 살짝 휘핑한 뒤 차가운 크림치즈와 바닐라익스트랙을 넣고 휘핑해 크림을 만든다.
6. 식힌 크레이프를 끝을 겹치게 길게 펼쳐두고 크림을 바른다.
7. 시작하는 부분에 크림을 도톰하게 올리고 자른 멜론을 올린 뒤 크림으로 덮고 촘촘하게 돌돌만다.
8. 종이호일에 감싸 냉장실에서 3시간 정도 굳힌다.

40g Sugar
1g Salt
3g Vanilla extract
150g Cake flour
3g Green tea powder
375g Milk
50g Melted unsalted butter
Melon
150g Heavy cream
45g Sugar
300g Cream cheese
2g Vanilla extract

Baker here. If you're following the recipe, I would suggest slowly pouring some batter into the melted butter while stirring, then adding that to the rest of the batter. This tempering prevents the butter from clumping and having to be strained out. Thank you cooking tree!

In all seriousness this is probably healthier (and tastier!!) than a normal dessert
Genuinely audibly woahed when I saw this thumbnail, the cross section, the pale green colour, the little melon pieces on top! 😭😭 I love roll cakes so much and was actually thinking of trying to make a crepe cake this weekend anyway - maybe I’ll try this instead? Thank you for always posting such unique recipes so consistently. I’m sure this tastes just as good as it looks

멜론 처돌인데 저 위에다 메로나 작은 큐브로 썰어서 올려 먹어도 맛있겠다... 쿠킹트리님이 올리시는 모든 케이크 다 먹어보고 싶었지만 레몬치즈케이크랑 레인보우과일케이크랑 이거는 진짜 너무너무 먹어보고싶다ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

You never level up if you don't try out your new skills~ Nobody starts out making cakes like this. The only way to get this good is to make alooooot of cake.....and really, I don't see a downside there. XD

크림만들때, 메로나같은거 하나 녹여서 같이 넣으면 메론맛 더 많이 나고 엄청 맛있을것 같아요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I felt good to see English(India) in the subtitles but i doubt that there is no difference in writing of english from other countries in india. And our textbooks mostly follow british english and most of us speak American words😆
