It’s to protect your visor. This is why you see some guys not take the “New Era” stickers off, so they have somewhere to grab their hat from w/out having the oils on their fingers dirty the bill

I feel like melin hats are definitely worth it long term. Because they definitely wash very well and can keep their shape much longer than other caps.

Nordstrom rack just dropped these Melin hats for 30 bucks! had to buy 2 styles right off the bat. yeeeee!

I have a couple Melin hats. Freaking love them. I found them through an internet friend. Working out, day to day, and working on my vehicles wearing it. Bouncing my head off the underside of my truck and car. They have held up great! I’ve washed the daily driver hat multiple times. I love that this hat has lasted so long. I go through hats too quick. For about a year I wore the hat to Hotworx(sauna workout place) doing a spin class absolutely getting drenched in sweat. Still has held up better than I thought it would with how hard I am on hats. PS, the little “button” on the underside of the brim is to put your thumb on it like you said at 6:03. To keep the underside cleaner when your hands are dirty.

I have a small head size 7 fitted. Would the Coronado be a good fit for a small head?

That all black Melin hat is more minimalist than your Adidas hat. Can't see the logo unless you are about 2 inches from the hat.

I love melin hats I have about 31 and I love them all, plus I have one from 2019 and wore it for a year straight and washed it and it still wears the same as I did the first day I bought it.

@@SpencerScottPugh my favorite style is a style they sadly don’t make anymore. The hat was called the sharpshooter I have 3 of those, but my current favorite style is definitely the Coronado. But I basically have a couple from each style. The trenches is also another good style because of how deep it it’s on your head.

Am I the only one that can’t wash my sweat stains out of these hats??? It’s impossible!!! And all the reviews say otherwise.. and they are definitely not the best fitting hats lol.

I love the thumb grip thing inside the hat, and always have. I mean is obvious what it is for. The first second I ever laid eyes on them. I knew what it was for.. 🤦‍♂️ if you have a job where you are working your butt off all day long and sweating.. getting dirty.. then you would appreciate that.
