I am happy for her and her thick skin capabilities, but with all that luxury and publicity can she defend all the children abused in Churches across America? The Catholic Diocese issues summaries of the number of priests defrocked, but they don't shut the church doors.

In this video and others, she makes a point to highlight churches she has visited or that have impressed her in various states, countries, etc...Also in one of her very first speeches as First Lady, she led a small crowd in spontaneous prayer.

As far as being plastic, I'm sure the same people would say that about Jackie Kennedy today. It's been a long time since our society has been exposed to a woman with intelligence (speaks 5 languages fluently), beauty, a good heart & GRACE! And able to speak her mind when appropriate. An excellent role model for young women around the world. I like that she didn't just jump in & marry Donald because of money. Ladies and Gentlemen we are at a great Crossroads in American History right now. A businessman is running for president in an unprecedented fashion without being paid by banks and elites while facing mounting opposition from his own party. We have a choice to make these next couple of weeks. We could allow these politicians to have their way and lose to another Democrat like with Romney and like with McCain or we can take a stand and practice our God given right to vote and choose the candidate WE see fit. These next two weeks are even more important than the race to November. Instead of focusing on Hillary Clinton we must come together and vote for an uncorrupted anti establishment candidate such as Donald Trump. We must tell the GOP Establishment that we the people are the ones who decide the outcome not "them the establishment". Conservatives, Liberals, Union Democrats must all come together and create a stronger, broader Republican Party. We have the chance to finally break free of corrupt political parties that spew rhetoric and hatred. Trump may not be the perfect candidate by a long shot and you may not "like" him but I urge you as a fellow citizen to take a moment and ask why is the establishment attacking the frontrunner instead of rallying behind him. We cannot allow these awful people to have their way and "defeat" Trump. We must Make America Great Again.

I don't know why you would have thought she was a dummy. These people are wealthy, creative and have been around dignitaries, politicians, wealthy, educated business people all of their lives. Melanie hosts dinner party for the wealthy socialites. I have followed Trump since the 1980s and he has always married beautiful smart women. When he and Ivana divorced, he let her manage part of his organization because he said she was savvy and highly intelligent. Even his lawyers are smart women.
