Another country great that leaves a big hole nobody can fill. We miss you mel!!
This was one of the first country songs I really liked. I played and sang it to a girl back in 1985. She liked it.
Sat on the floor of his Holiday Inn room in Waycross, GA while Mel and his Pohokee, FL friend Tom Boland recalled funny stories of their younger years. Laughed til I ached.
